3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all plant sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or does not meet quality standards, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. For non-perishable items, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase under our return policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
